Originally launched in 2008, XENA INTERIOR VISIONS transformed PlusSea Lifestyle Bar into a vibrant Mediterranean destination where natural textures, elegant design, and island culture come together seamlessly. Located on the stunning Limassol waterfront, PlusSea is a full-day experience of beachside dining, sunset cocktails, and vibrant evening events.
Led by visionary Stavros Stademos, the redesign reflects a deep commitment to family, community, and timeless coastal charm. The goal: to create an open, inclusive space where locals and travelers can relax, connect, and enjoy the rhythm of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Boho Elegance, Refined Simplicity
Inspired by boho-luxe aesthetics and the surrounding seascape, the new design features: woven bamboo, rattan, and soft lounge seating, marble finishes, custom wood furniture, and tropical touches, A color palette drawn from the sea, sand, and sky.
The result is a light, effortless atmosphere that transitions beautifully from day to night, supported by one of the most advanced kitchens in Cyprus, ensuring world-class dining in a relaxed setting.

This transformation was entrusted to Stavros Demosthenous, founder of Stavros Demosthenous Contractors, a leader in luxury hospitality construction in Cyprus for over 50 years. Known for landmark projects like the Mediterranean Beach Hotel and Elysium Paphos, his vision continues to shape the island’s high-end coastal lifestyle.
